Mark Monaghan transferred to the Bar from a career in Commercial Management in the Construction Industry. Since then, Mark has developed a healthy Civil and Family practice.

Mark's Civil practice includes Construction and Engineering disputes, Property issues, Contractual disputes, Boundary and Easement disputes, Trusts and all other areas of General Common law.

Mark's Family practice covers Matrimonial Finance matters, cohabitee disputes and all other Children Act and Family Law Act proceedings.
