Simon Stephenson undertakes prosecution and defence work in all levels of criminal courts. He also has experience of undertaking trials relating to environmental legislation. Simon is a Category 2 Prosecutor

Simon's family practice includes both private and public law proceedings which includes final hearings on private law matters.

He also undertakes a variety of civil work including procedural applications and trials. Having previously worked as a legal advisor specialising in employment, Simon deals with employment law matters for both employers and employees.
