Daisy joined Chambers as a tenant in January 2024 following the successful completion of pupillage.

Daisy studied Law at Cardiff University; thereafter, she went on to obtain a scholarship with Gray’s Inn to undertake the BTC at BPP University, Bristol.

Daisy has developed a broad practice and receives instructions in private and public law matters, financial remedy proceedings, small claims and personal injury.

Practice Areas

Family law

Daisy has a busy family law practice, accepting instructions in a range of family matters and appearing before all levels of the judiciary in the Family Court.

Daisy frequently receives instructions in relation to applications for Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. Daisy undertakes work at all stages of proceedings in private children law matters, from conciliation through to final hearings. Daisy is regularly instructed in matters which involve domestic abuse, child abuse allegations and where there is Local Authority involvement. Daisy has represented a range of individuals including parents, grandparents and wider family members.

Daisy has represented clients in ancillary relief cases, public law matters and family injunction applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.

Civil law

Daisy represents both claimants and defendants in a variety of Small Claims trials including road traffic accidents where liability and quantum are in dispute. Daisy also receives instructions to represent both claimants and defendants in personal injury hearings, applications for summary judgment and infant approval hearings.
