Criminal law
Caitlin is regularly instructed for both the prosecution and defence in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court. She has undertaken an array of instructions in the Crown Court, including: trials, sentence hearings, appeals against conviction/sentence, and confiscation proceedings. Caitlin accepts instruction on a wide variety of offences including burglary, fraud, drugs, violent, and sexual offences.
