Josh has built an extensive Family practice and regularly represents Parents, Grand-parents and Guardians before Lay Magistrates, District Judges and Circuit Judges.
Josh frequently receives instructions in both Private and Public law proceedings where he acts on behalf of individuals involved in various stages of the process including Case Management Hearings, Contested Interim Removal Hearings, Issue Resolution Hearings and Final Hearings.
In his Private Law practice, Josh is regularly instructed on matters including domestic abuse and allegations of child abuse. He regularly represents those involved at all stages of Private Law disputes from Conciliation through to Final Hearings and Finding-of-Fact Hearings. Josh has also developed a paper-based practice providing formal written advice on prospects of success pertaining to specific Family Law disputes and in relation to obtaining legal aid.
Josh also represents individuals in Family Law Act proceedings concerning applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
