Family law

Private Law

Natalie frequently receives instructions relating to applications for Child Arrangement Order, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. Natalie undertakes work at all stages of proceedings in private law children matters from conciliation and directions hearing through to final hearings.

 

Public Law

Natalie also receives instructions in public law proceedings having represented both parents and local authorities throughout all stages of proceedings.

 

Family Injunctions

Natalie represents parties in family injunction applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.

 

Ancillary Relief

Natalie frequently receives instructions in financial remedy cases throughout all stages of proceedings. Work to date includes various cases involving trusts, intervenors, business assets and pre-nuptial agreements.

Natalie has also undertaken work in TLATA claims, and is frequently instructed to provide written advices and draft pleadings in respect of the same. 

Civil law

Natalie undertakes work on a variety of Small Claims and Fast Track cases, particularly in respect of Road Traffic Accidents where liability and quantum are in dispute. Further areas of work include claims for possession made under section 8 and section 21 of the Housing Act 1988, and claims for possession of agricultural land.
