The Civil Team comprises of 10 practitioners whose years of call range from 1987 - 2008.
Angel Chambers is able to provide a Civil Team with significant expertise in the main areas of personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial, employment, chancery and property law. We aim to give practical advice and a professional service.

The Civil Team can take advantage of modern, large and first rate conference facilities, including the ability for video conference directly from Chambers. The facilities are particularly good for joint settlement meetings and other larger conference needs, including seminars.
Members of the team undertake civil work across the spectrum of the High Court, County Court, Tribunals, Inquests, ADR and Arbitration. We deal routinely with multi-track, fast track and small claims cases.
Team members regularly undertake work under legal expenses insurers, CFA and private instructions.

Personal Injury
The range of work includes all aspects of personal injury work, including
structured settlements and infant settlements. Team members undertake
claimant and defendant work and deal with individuals, companies, Public
Authorities and Trade unions. The team have a wide range of expertise
in accident at work cases, criminal negligence disputes, disease and
toxic based litigation, group litigation, insurance litigation, highways
claims, RTA, fatal accident claims, professional negligence claims and
stress at work claims.
Commercial
Team members are experienced in dealing with all types of commercial
litigation. We are able to provide advice and advocacy skills on a wide
range of commercial disputes involving companies, partnerships and individuals.
The main areas of expertise include insolvency issues, sale and supply
of goods, consumer and trade credit, commercial torts and the interpretation
of commercial contracts. We have found that commercial clients in particular
are impressed by conferences held in our modern facilities.
Chancery and Property
Team members can offer expertise in all property matters from commercial
to private landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, adverse
possession, easements and rights of way disputes, wills, trusts, TOLATA,
planning, building and environmental disputes. We deal with all types
of claims based in nuisance, tort and negligence; including professional
negligence by surveyors and architects. We are able to offer a complete
range of service from drafting contracts, to their interpretation and
subsequent enforcement.
Our Aim
The Civil Team will generally return paperwork with 14 days of receipt.
If there are difficulties with this timeframe, then our instructing
solicitors will be informed directly, by counsel, in advance of the
deadline. Instructions can be accepted and returned electronically.
We are able to offer an efficient, practical and competitive team of
experienced civil practitioners working from first class modern facilities.
Fees are to be agreed with the clerks on a pre-arranged basis and can be quoted on an hourly rate of or by fixed fee by way of negotiation as required.
